About the Business
I am a professional photographer based in York. I have been shooting weddings professionally for over 3 years and do it because I love it! There's something very special about photographing a wedding - it's one of the best days of a happy couple's lives, and I get to be a part of it.
I have always been interested in photography, and take any opportunity I can to get out there and take photographs of anything that catches my eye. Gone are the days of film, so there's really no excuse these days to get out there and get shooting! I've been lucky enough to use a lot of different cameras over the years, and now I use top-of-the-range Canon equipment.
By day I work for IBM having recently finished studying for a PhD in Computer Science at The University of York, although that doesn't seem to stop me finding an excuse to get the camera out.
