About the Business
So why do I like taking photos? Simple. They unlock memories long forgotten, they hold precious the faces of loved ones and they capture moments in time that would otherwise be lost. However. the main reason I feel compelled to pick up the camera can be summed up perfectly by something said by my 5 year old son. When I look at this photo it makes me smile.
I like photographing weddings as they unfold naturally in front of me. I enjoy reportage photography to capture the sequence of wedding day events as they happen around me. I try not to interfere or hassle the couple too much. Before the big day I will talk in detail to the bride and groom so that I am aware of their wishes and style. I can offer suggestions about poses but I prefer to let you be yourself to ensure you get photos which are unique to your wedding day. Couples will often comment on how I make them feel relaxed and at ease which I believe is the most important attribute when photographing people.
