About the Business

My Interest in photography began when I was given my first camera, then, when at college I was able to develop my own film and print from my own negatives. From this moment on I knew Photography was the career for me. I gained an A'level in 1992, a Degree with honors in 1998, and my LMPA from the Master Photographers Association in 2007. I have worked in studios within Hull. Most recently I Worked for a studio in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Leaving due to the travelling distance and the duties of being a mum, after the birth of my daughter. I am now a freelance photographer, with my own business, trading as MHPhotography, based in Hull, East Yorkshire. I currently hire a local studio on Witham, near to the all night pharmacy. I enjoy all aspects of photography, from portraits (babies to large groups), weddings and still-life etc.
