About the Business

I am the photographer and owner of Hoda Davaine Photography. I specialise in children's and family reportage photography. I work as an observer and unobtrusively capture the essence and beauty of your day. After graduation, I began my career as a documentary photojournalist. I am passionate about two essential elements: life and light, and these two elements define my photography. I am versatile, and will capture every aspect of your day from the more formal portraits to the fun unassuming relaxed shots and my aim would be to instil a unique sense of fluidity and artistic impression to your memories. Each new project allows me to build on the next and this is very exciting to me as an artist. As a result, I take great pride in making the best one that I've ever photographed. The defining influences on my photographic work have been the late Henri Cartier Bresson, Arnold Newman.
