An estimated 200,000 photographs are uploaded to the internet every minute! So as not to get lost in a vast ocean, this is my home on the web. I am a Newcastle Upon Tyne based documentary, events and lifestyle photographer, with over 10 years experience in both the commercial and freelance sector.

My background is in design but I always found myself coming back to photography. Self taught and from a family of snappers I've been happily shooting in manual mode since 1997, first using film and now embracing the delights of digital.

Though prolific and fully literate with the Adobe Creative Suite I still hold dear the values learnt from the dark rooms of old. Whether it's to assist with funding applications, promoting your business or for a private collection I specialize in creating multiple libraries of images for use across all media. Events:

I cover a range of indoor and outdoor events, including weddings. I can be hired to photograph large or small happenings, acquiring press accreditation and security clearance where needed.

Portraits:

My fascination with people started when I was a bairn. Aged 6 Morris' Bodywatching changed me forever. It was then that I decided to become an anthropologist, thinking I'd encounter Dr. Jones.. Doh!

Reportage:

An interest in current affairs, a flair for the creative and possessing the necessary technical ability allows me to capture images which document all manner of events, tell a story and support the written word.
